Job description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with our clients and internal teams to identify business needs and develop effective strategies to successfully meet those needs through technology and process improvements.
Job responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Identify key areas for operational improvement and recommend practical solutions.
Create clear and detailed documentation and reports.
Present findings and recommendations to clients and management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related relevant field.
2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with data analysis and process improvement methodologies.
